Anyone notice that every time the US government passes a law, the US citizens (Well, and the whole world) seems to be restricted while ISIS seems to benefit?

In the past there are quite a number of times where the folks in computer security and firewalls have to fend of new attacks, which were introduced by the FBI, NSA, and other government agencies where their "backdoors" were exploited or leaked.

I am worried about the repeated requests from the governments of the world as they it appears that they want to support ISIS by releasing to them my banking https transactions.  If anyone cares about keeping their money and not supporting ISIS, then they should be against encryption backdoors.  With backdoors, the government says it is all or nothing deal.  If you want to keep what you rightfully earned, then you should be against encryption backdoors.
